DR. BENJAMIN CHEAH
Neurologist
Ben studied arts/medicine and completed a PhD at the University of New South Wales. Ben was also awarded a Fulbright scholarship to study biostatistics at the John’s Hopkin Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, USA.
Since completing his tertiary education, Ben has been exposed to a diverse range of pathologies, having worked at Gosford, Wyong, Royal Darwin, and Liverpool Hospitals. In 2022, he completed a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at Liverpool Hospital.
Ben performs nerve conduction studies and EMG. His interests include peripheral nerve pathology, neuromuscular disease (especially motor neurone disease), and functional neurological disorder. Ben is also a VMO neurologist at Bankstown, Gosford, and Wyong Hospitals.
DR. Dhruv Nayyar
Cardiologist
Dr Nayyar is a consultant Cardiologist with a subspecialty interest in advanced cardiac imaging, preventative medicine and pre-operative cardiac risk assessment.
He completed his medical degree at UNSW and Cardiology training at Liverpool Hospital. He holds a Master of Public Health from UNSW. Dr Nayyar is an enthusiastic researcher and has presented at national and international conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.
He is also a Level A accredited specialist in Cardiac CT.
Dr Nayyar consults fortnightly on Fridays.
